“Living at the enclave was great! The apartments were clean and
nice when we moved in. my only issue was that the maintenance guy
took a while to complete work orders. But I understand they are
probably pretty busy with them, so it’s all good. The staff are
great with communication and creating a sense of community.”

“I love living at The Enclave! The office staff is friendly and
professional and responds quickly to issues. It’s a quiet area. I
also am a huge animal lover, and they are extremely pet friendly
for all my critters, no matter the species! The GPA discounts also
are very helpful to me as a full-time student. I have been very
happy living here and look forward to staying here through
graduation!”

“I absolutely love the Enclave! It is the best you’ll get this
close to campus, and the location is great. You are close to
downtown and Tiger Blvd but tucked back off Lindsay Road, so it’s
very quiet and a nice place to live. Also, the staff is phenomenal
and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment meets your
standards. The Enclave is a great little community, and you really
can’t get a better apartment at this price in Clemson!”

“The Enclave staff is amazing. They were very accommodating to
my situation about moving in and are the sweetest. They've always
been in close contact and are more than happy to help out. Jenna
and the property manager are awesome people and make my living
experience here much better!!”

“We have loved living at the Enclave. Management is nice and
engaging. There are often goodies in the office, like pumpkin
carving kits or Chick-fil-A biscuits for residents. Maintenance is
very quick, too, I once made a request, and they came within 30
minutes. The neighborhood is generally quiet; even living right
next to the pool, it isn’t overly noisy in the summer. It is a
smaller community, so a smaller gym and pool area, but it is well
maintained, and we utilize them both often!”

“The Enclave is a great place to live off-campus - there are so
many options to make sure you get the privacy you want while
keeping the price you need. Electricity is billed for exactly what
you use through the resident portal, which takes the hassle out of
activating service and splitting payments between roommates. All of
the other utilities are included in the rent. The Premium
apartments (the cheaper ones with more basic finishes) still have
upgraded details that really make a big difference, like the
hardwood-look floors, new hardware on lights/shower heads/faucets,
and a nice accent wall in the living room. I loved living at the
Old Central location - it was still less than a 10-minute drive to
campus, but I never had to worry about Tiger Blvd. traffic if I
didn't want to. The property feels homey with the smaller buildings
spread out and lots of green space/landscaping; it almost feels
like a little neighborhood. It's tucked away and not visible from
the road because of the hill, 3 minutes away from Ingles and the
Walmart Neighborhood Market, and one of my favorite parts is that
parking is free. Visitors and residents can park in any space, and
you can always find a spot close to your building. Ground-floor
apartments have the bonus of a patio without railings for even more
outdoor space! Overall, it's a place that provides a great
location, amazing maintenance, and community staff who will bend
over backward for you if you're willing to work with them. Highly
recommend for a first apartment off campus!”
